Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The HANSE 470 is both. Having
won "The Most Innovative Yacht of the Year" the 461 may be difficult
to define as it cannot be pigeon holed. The 470 is as fast as it
is beautiful, aggressive when racing, and gentle and forgiving on
a family trip. Ease of handling by the owner and accommodations
for up to seven make the HANSE 470 an obvious choice.

 Exterior:
Lots of Fun for even a small Crew The Main drop system and the self-tacking
jib say it all: Two people are able to sail this fourteen meter
yacht with very little effort. The rest is taken care of by the
elegance of the sailing systems. The developers of the HANSE, having
raced extensively on high performance yachts have integrated all
of their experiences in the 470.
